Am I potentially the last person on earth to try the Dalgona Coffee craze that flooded Instagram and TikTok? Probably. But when everyone is doing something, it makes me not want to do it. Thus is my contrary nature.🤷🏻♀️ And now that the world and their mother is done with whipped coffee, I thought I’d give it a try.
Better late than never is all I can say, because it is gooood! Especially on a hot afternoon when you're chilling by the pool or in your garden.
Note to self: don’t wait too long to try something new, you might miss out.

Ingredients
2 tablespoons instant coffee
2 tablespoons granulated sugar
2 tablespoons boiling water
1 cup milk of choice
Ice cubes
Instructions
Place the coffee, sugar and boiling water in a mixing bowl and mix on high speed for about 3 minutes until stiff and glossy.
Pour your milk of choice into a glass over ice cubes and top with two to three tablespoons of the coffee mixture, depending on how strong you like your coffee.
Stir and enjoy!
The remaining coffee mixture will keep for two to three days in the fridge.
