Frozen Yoghurt Bark

Lightly sweet, refreshing, healthy and very pretty, Frozen Joghurt Bark is a wonderful snack or dessert that is delicious and super easy to make!

Coming at you with something red, white and blue just in time for 4th July!

Have you ever tried Frozen Yoghurt Bark? It’s a delicious, refreshing and healthy snack or casual dessert. It’s also incredibly easy to make with just a few ingredients: Greek yoghurt, a touch of honey or maple syrup, blueberries and strawberries. At the request (pleading) of my kids, I’ve marbled this batch with Nutella, but it’s delicious either way!

Make it today so you can have it tomorrow for your celebrations as it needs to freeze for at least 4 hours, but preferably overnight.

Happy 4th to all those celebrating!

xoxo Donata

Ingredients

2 cups (500g) full fat Greek yogurt

2 tbsp maple syrup or honey

2-3 tablespoons Nutella (optional)

1/2 cup chopped quartered strawberries

1/3 cup blueberries

Preparation

Prepare a baking sheet with parchment paper. Depending on how big your freezer is, you may want to use half baking sheets.

Mix the greek yoghurt with the maple syrup or honey until well combined.

Spread the yoghurt onto the baking sheet as thickly or thinly as you want.

One tablespoon at a time, drizzle the Nutella in straight parallel lines over the yoghurt. Using a toothpick or a chopstick, gently drag the tip perpendicularly to the Nutella lines in alternating directions to get the marble effect.

Evenly sprinkle the strawberries and blueberries over the yoghurt and place in the freezer for at least 4 hours or overnight.

Remove from the freezer and break into pieces using a sharp knife. Serve immediately.
