No surprises here, this recipe is exactly that, Frozen Berries smothered in a warm, rich, and creamy White Chocolate Sauce. An absolute winner for your next gathering!
There are quite a few food combinations that I just can’t resist. French fries and mayo is a biggie (much to the horror of my American friends), then there’s caramel and flaky sea salt, chips and a creamy onion dip (crunchy + creamy = heaven!) and any dessert that is both hot and cold.
Enter this divine way to finish a meal - Frozen Berries with Hot White Chocolate Sauce. Turns out, white chocolate is even better than dark chocolate with berries. Don’t believe me? You’ve gotta try this for yourself.
This is really as simple as the name suggests. It’s frozen fruit with a 2-ingredient white chocolate sauce! I mean, does it get any easier than that? Hardly. The berries will start to thaw under the blanket of warm, white chocolate, and the sauce will thicken as it cools.
Every spoonful will delight you with this heavenly juxtaposition of textures, temperatures and flavors. Hot & cold, hard & soft, sweet & sour. It’s all my favorite dessert elements in one dish - I’m almost squealing with delight just at the thought of having this again!

Ingredients for 6 servings
17.5 oz. (500g) frozen berries. A combination of blueberries, red currants, blackberries and raspberries works well.
6.5 fl.oz. (200ml) heavy cream
8oz (225 g )white chocolate, roughly chopped
Add the heavy cream and chopped white chocolate to a small saucepan. Stir over low heat until the chocolate has melted and the sauce is smooth. Do not let the sauce boil as it will seize and you’ll have to start over!
Pour a couple of tablespoons of the warm chocolate sauce onto small plates or shallow bowls, and pour the remaining sauce into a pretty jug. Divide the frozen berries amongst the plates, on top of the sauce. Serve immediately with the extra warm, white chocolate sauce on the side. Enjoy these little spoonfuls of heaven!
